How Crystals Can Amp Up Your Home Decor Game

The new stone age has arrived, and we are not to miss out on all it has to offer! Whether one wishes to simply decorate their homes with hints of soothing colours, or they wish to bring in positive vibes- gemstones and crystals are the trendiest way to go.

The past five years have witnessed a boom in the wellness industry- yoga, meditation, spiritual healing and such. Crystals however, are the true winners here. From being studded into fancy jewellery and blingy handbags to accessories, stones are gradually crawling their way into our wardrobes, homes and beauty routines too!

Crystals are said to have properties that bestow protection. They ward off negative energy, as well as heal the body from within. Home Decor brands have started incorporating colorful stones in their designs now, thus adding more meaning & value to furniture & decor items while keeping the style quotient up!

Lapis Lazuli

The Lapis Lazuli crystals for instance, bring protective energies into our homes. These stones also hold properties that boost immune systems, alleviate insomnia, vertigo and depression amongst other things. The Bespoke Home Jewels collection accents the lapis lazuli stone in a side table and a bar trolley, which can be the perfect additions to your cocktail parties and living room decor.

Rose Quartz and Agate

Crystals are a great way to express oneself and create a welcoming atmosphere with an amazing, one-of-a-kind statement piece. Agate and Rose Quartz stones are meant to cleanse and replenish inner health, wealth and love if kept in the east and southeast zones of your homes. With the addition of these crystals to home decor, you can now find newsstands, coasters, soap dispenser sets as well boxes studded with or made entirely out of agate and quartz stones.

Amethyst

Amethyst crystals are very beautiful too. The demand for the stone is such that designers are now trying to display large chunks of amethyst as art installations. These alluring crystals purify and de-stress the aura of your home as well as ward off negativity. Soldiers were given alcohol in amethyst cups in the olden days. This was because they believed that the stone would wear off drunkenness whilst still providing them with warmth. Not only does the stone have some pretty striking properties, but the look and feel of it will add the perfect aesthetic to your living space. This gold metal box with an amethyst marble lid is one such example.

Invariably, when it comes to crystals, there are way too many skeptics. Talks about the stones merely acting as placebos is raised often. It is assumed that they’re simply objects one simply manifests their idea of well-being into. However, besides the question of belief, nobody can deny the compelling visual effects these beautiful crystals have. Adding these to your living room, bedside tables or just about anywhere can give a whole new vibe to your home.
