Soiree Story: Pernia’s Pop-Up Show Spring/Summer ’18

Revelling the celebrated success of its e-commerce shopping platform ever since its inception in the world of fashion, Pernia’s Pop-Up Shop took a stride with its first ever fashion festival- Pernia’s Pop-Up Show Spring/Summer ’18. The luxurious rendezvous presented by Pernia Qureshi showcased the Spring/Summer collection of featured fashion designers and lifestyle brands. With the launch of the physical studio, Pernia’s Pop-Up Studio in the metro cities of Mumbai & Delhi the event added a distinct aspect to its omnichannel approach of bringing the best of fashion under one roof.

The show featured a meticulous curation of fashion, jewellery and accessories collection by more than 80 designers. Offering a full-fledged luxury shopping experience to the shoppers, personal styling sessions by Pernia Qureshi, special preview shows, live fashion, decadent food pop-ups, live music, photo booths and fashion walks were the entertainment factors to amuse and engage the crowd. Pernia’s Pop-Up Show also associated with the distinguished brand My Glamm as the beauty partner featuring a range of their multi-functional makeup products to pamper the shopping enthusiasts. The event also marked the 6th anniversary of the prestigious online presence of Pernia’s Pop-Up Shop and was righteously devoted to its elite patrons. Coveted designers like Anita Dongre, Masaba, Abu Jani & Sandeep Khosla and Payal Singhal presented an exclusive Spring/Summer curation at the show.

A multi-day event was dedicated to the avid shoppers offering them a one-of-its-kind luxury shopping experience. The first edition- Spring/Summer was hosted in Hyatt Regency, Delhi & Mahalaxmi Racecourse, Mumbai. An event packed with glitz & glam, the main highlight of the event was live fashion walks presenting the spring/summer collection of coveted designers. Designers like Masaba, Narendra Kumar, Suneet Varma, Gauhar Khan, Shaheen Abbas, Arpita Mehta, Babita Malkani were present to meet & greet the shoppers as they bagged their signature pieces while prominent personalities like Tanya Ghavri, Kelvin Cheung, Jaya Bachchan, Rhea Pillai and Madhoo Shah graced the event with their appearances.

Pernia’s Pop-Up Show is in true terms a celebration of exceptional style and fashion. The show sequel is scheduled in Delhi & Mumbai for the month of September. With the onset of festive season, the event will be a one-stop destination to cater the sartorial needs extending for every celebratory occasion.
