In its 25th year, Lakmē Fashion Week 2025 was all about paradoxes – tradition met technology, fluidity met structure, and art met utility. Gender norms were blurred, mixed metals and bold prints took centre stage, and corsets were given a fresh update by emerging and seasoned designers. 

Apart from designs that will rule the trend cycle for the season ahead, every year, LFW brings in some of the most exciting names to the fashionscape with a fine lineup of celebrity showstoppers. This year was no exception, with A-listers like Ananya Panday, Ishaan Khatter, Jahnvi Kapoor, and Kalki Koechlin turning showstoppers, along with emerging stars like Veer Pahariya and Ibrahim Ali Khan making their debut on the runway.
