Ranian as a fashion label believes in empowering, inspiring and impacting the world through connection and curiosity. That is the value they operate with and the essence of a Ranian woman. Pernia’s Pop-Up Shop in association with Ranian are celebrating real women who have built their own empire, have carved a niche for themselves and inspiring younger generations. 

We couldn’t be prouder to introduce nine women in diverse fields who inspire us on a daily basis, not only through their profession but through their values and ideologies. These remarkable women have been setting new records in their chosen industries, have redefined success, and are leaving their marks on the world with inimitable spirit, grace and dignity. Despite their distinct professions, they all have something in common- Their fearless passion for work and their passion to make a change in their own unique style. We champion these tremendously successful women, their mission and their indelible strength. They are pioneering women in their careers and lives and have plenty to teach us!

Monica Sambharya Parekh

“Being a woman to me is best described with the opening scene of Wonder Woman, where all these incredibly powerful women are fighting for each other, supporting each other and protecting each other. That’s the woman I have been all along!”

The super dynamic Monica Sambharya did her MBA from University of Pittsburg, Pennsylvania, US and while working at Citibank, she along with her husband founded Trescent. While perfectly blending technology with aesthetics, Trescent creates smart homes with modern home automation solutions and offers the ultimate luxury experience. She has successfully explored new avenues with determination and flair. 

Elahé Hiptoola

“Fashion is what people see of you. It’s not just about clothes but portraying your personality to your style. To communicate to the rest of the world, who you are.”

A trained lawyer, producer, actress and entrepreneur- Elahé ventured into the realm of glamour with the launch of Elahé – Hyderabad’s first premium multi-designer store in the early ’90s. She soon expanded her love for art by producing some of India’s excellent films along with maestro Nagesh Kukonoor. From the cult classic Hyderabad Blues, Rockford, Iqbal, Dor, Lakshmi to Dhanak all of her projects have created history. 

Dr. Monica Doshi

Parul Khanna

Award-winning entrepreneur- Parul Khanna is passionate about enabling women to achieve personal and financial Independence. She has created unique ventures in the dynamic field of travel and hospitality. After graduating from the New York Institute of Art and Design, she started her successful career as an Architect and owns a design agency- Studio 6. Since then, there’s been stopping her and she has expanded her portfolio across various industries.

Shaheen Abbas
