Lewis Hamilton’s Most Iconic Off-Track Looks

Lewis Hamilton, or respectfully, Sir Lewis Hamilton, made F1 history over the weekend, winning his ninth race at Silverstone – the most any driver has won at any track in Formula One’s history. While he is a sight to behold at the podium, he never fails to turn heads with his eclectic looks before the race. Making the paddock his personal runway, the seven-time World Champion has cemented his status as a fashion icon off the track.

Hamilton’s style circuit is a combination of high fashion, streetwear, athleisure, and quirky jewellery that often pushes the boundaries of the FIA dress code. A force on and off the track, the F1 legend-in-the-making has also been in the fashion driving seat with prestigious brands such as Balenciaga, Diesel, Louis Vuitton, Tommy Hilfiger, Burberry, and Puma and even owns his own clothing line, +44.

Be it fronting a fashion campaign for an eminent brand, hosting his own table at the Met Gala, or gracing fashion week front rows, Formula One’s first and only black driver continues to leave his mark. Here’s a look at some of his most iconic looks that solidify his status as one of the most important sports figures in the fashion industry.
