Best-Dressed Stars at the MET Gala 2025

The most spectacular night of fashion, The MET Gala, is back in full splendour with another unforgettable showcase of artistry, drama, and daring styles. Staying true to the tradition, the grand affair was held at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City, on the first Monday of May. Uniting the crème de la crème of fashion with icons from cinema, sports and business, the night was lit up with a magnificent display of personal style, bold innovation and high designs.

As tradition dictates, the exhibit sets the tone with a distinct theme, which the attendees strictly followed, and this year it was the powerful and poignant  ‘Superfine: Tailoring Black Styles’. Focusing on the intersection of African and European influences, the theme highlights how fashion has played a vital role in mirroring cultural identity, resistance and pride through the decades. And every influential attendee embraced the theme with their own interpretation, making a compelling statement that sets them apart. As celebrities delivered one fashion moment after another, we have collated some of the most iconic looks from this season.
